摘要(Abstract)：

调度停电申请票管理系统基于调度运行管理平台,在继承传统模式的调度停电申请票管理基础上,提出了停电申请票之间以及停电申请票与调度操作票之间"技术关联"的概念,从而有效降低了设备重复停电的次数,防止调度误操作事故的发生,充分满足了电网管理的需求,提高了电网调度机构的管理水平。
The concept of "technology correlation" between outage application sheets and between outage application sheet and dispatch operation sheet is put forward combined with the traditional management mode of dispatch outage application sheet in the dispatch outage application sheet management system based on dispatch operation management platform.As a result,it effectively prevents equipments from frequent outages,avoids dispatch misoperation,meets the requirements of grid management and improves the management level of grid dispatch organizations.
