摘要(Abstract)：
在输变电工程造价确定与控制中,清单实体工程量的调整是有关建设各方经济利益的焦点问题。在招标投标阶段和施工阶段,工程建设各方经常就实体工程量的准确性、完整性由谁承担责任的问题产生争执,严重影响工程造价的合理确定与有效控制。为此,就清单计价模式的自身条件和特点,分析了在工程量自动变更、清单漏项及其他特殊情况下价款调整的特点和处理方式。
In cost determination and control of transmission and transformation project,the bill of quantity is the key issue that relates to economic benefits of parties involved in construction.Parties concerned the project construction often argue over accuracy,completion and who takes the responsibility during bidding,which severely affects the reasonable determination and control over construction cost.Therefore,the paper,in combination with condition and characteristics of bill valuation model,analyzes characters and processing mode of price adjustment in case of automatic change of project quantity,missed items of bill and under other special circumstances.
