摘要(Abstract)：

基于PI数据库的低频减载在线监测及辅助分析系统通过Web页面和客户端实时告警功能实现对低频减载分轮次、分区域的在线监测、告警和分析。任意历史断面的数据汇总输出、检修计划的自动校核、多种报表的自动生成为地县两级调度运行人员制定检修方案和低频减载方案提供了有效的辅助决策手段。
The online monitoring and assistant analysis system of under frequency load shedding(UFLS) based on PI database carries out online monitoring,real-time alarm and analysis of UFLS equipments according to turns and areas by Web and client.The functions of outputting history data summarization,automatically checking maintenance scheme and establishing various report forms provide effective assistant decision making approach for the dispatch and operation personnel in prefecture-level cities and counties to formulate schemes of maintenance and UFLS.
