摘要(Abstract)：

为良好地管理维护城市照明系统设施,城市照明集中监控系统得到了广泛应用和发展。讨论了基于B/S结构的智能化城市照明监控系统的设计和实现,简要介绍了系统特点、管理流程、以及智能亮灯策略等环节,监控系统投入后实现了自动化管理和节能降耗的目标。
The urban lighting centralized monitoring system is widely used and developed for favorable management and maintenance of urban lighting system facilities.This paper discusses the design and implementation of intelligent urban lighting monitoring system based on Browser/Server(B/S) structure and introduces the system characteristics,management process,intelligent lighting strategy etc.And the target of automatic management and energy saving and consumption reduction is achieved after the operation of the system.
