利用斜向拉索的输电线路跨越封网风偏响应控制

摘要(Abstract):

输电线路跨越封网结构在高速列车耦合风作用下产生较大风偏,基于目前已有研究,提出一种利用斜风偏控制索来减小封网结构风偏响应的方法,建立了耦合高速列车风分析模型及封网结构的动力响应数值模型,研究斜风偏控制索对封网结构的风偏控制效果,并与未设置拉索及设置竖直风偏控制索的效果进行对比。结果表明:在耦合高速列车风作用下,承力索预张力对封网水平及竖向风偏抑制作用显著,特别是抑制封网竖向风偏,最大可减少90%以上,但过大预张力会减小承力索的安全系数;所提利用斜向风偏控制索的方案与竖直风偏控制索的方案控制效果相差不大,均可有效地控制封网上、下风偏。对于承力索预张力较小的工况,控制效果更明显。
The wind deflection of the sealing net across the transmission line is great under the slipstream of highspeed train. Based on the existing research,the paper proposes a method to reduce the wind deflection response of the sealing net structure by using the inclined wind vibration control cable,and it establishes a numerical model of dynamic response with wind analysis model and the sealing network structure of high-speed train coupled. Moreover,it studies the effect of the inclined wind vibration control cable on the wind deflection control of the sealing net structure and compares the effect with that of the vertical wind vibration control cable without inclined guy cable.The results show that under the action of coupled high-speed train wind,the pretension of the bearing cable has a significant effect on the horizontal and vertical wind deflection of the sealing net,especially the vertical wind deflection control of the sealing net,which can be reduced by 90% or more,but the safety coefficient of the bearing cable will be reduced by excessive large pretension force;the proposed schemes of using the inclined wind vibration control cable and the vertical wind vibration control cable are about the same in the control effect,and both can effectively control the upper and lower wind deflection of the sealing network. The control effect is more significant in the working condition of smaller carrier cable pretension.
