变电运检“1+1+1”培训管理模式的探索与实践

摘要(Abstract):

围绕"问题+专家团队现场启发式培训"、"需求+劳模工作室实训技能式培训"和"四新+厂家技术支撑知识储备式培训"的变电运检"1+1+1"培训管理模式,介绍培训模式内涵、具体方法,培训案例表明这一培训管理模式在实践中取得很好的成效。
The paper introduces a "1+1+1" training management mode of "problem+heuristic training of expert team on site", "demand +labor model studio skill training " and "four new aspects +manufacturers' technical support training for knowledge reserve". Furthermore, the paper also elaborates the intension, specific approaches. The training case shows that the management mode turns out to be effective in practice.
