220 kV变压器短路状态三维瞬态电磁场数值模拟研究

摘要(Abstract):

在Maxwell软件中建立了变压器单相短路的三维有限元计算模型,采用Maxwell软件的瞬态磁场求解器仿真了该变压器单相外部短路时铁心主磁通、漏磁场。数值模拟计算结果表明:A相短路时,A相旁柱严重饱和,A相主心柱和B相主心柱均未饱和;B相短路时,变压器铁心柱均未发生饱和,仅在铁心拐角处造成轻微饱和;变压器短路时,短路相绕组间、短路相绕组端部漏磁均比较严重。
Three-dimensional finite element calculation model of transformer single-phase short-circuit is established in Maxwell. Transient magnetic field solver of Maxwell is used to simulate main flux and leakage magnetic field of transformer core in the case of single-phase external short circuit. The result shows that when phase A is in short circuit, the jamb is fully saturated while main stems of phase A and B are not saturated yet; when phase B is in short circuit, the transformer cores are not saturated besides slight saturation at the core corner; in the case of transformer short circuit, magnetic flux leakages at the windings and winding terminal at the short-circuit phase are serious.
