融合配电自动化技术的海岛微电网控制策略研究及实现Research and Realization of Island Microgrid Control Strategy Integrated with Distribution Automation Technology

摘要(Abstract):
微电网供电模式在海岛得到了快速发展,配电自动化技术可实现对配电线路的可观可控,将配电自动化与微电网控制策略进行融合具有天然的技术优势。为丰富海岛微电网的控制手段,分别针对配电自动化技术与微电网的运行模式切换和黑启动控制进行了融合研究,并分析了在海岛应用的技术实现方案。2种技术的结合,可以进一步确保海岛微电网系统更加稳定、可靠运行,为海岛微电网供电模式的推广应用开拓新的思路。
Microgrid power supply expands rapidly in island,and distribution automation technology makes distribution lines observable and controllable.Integration of distribution automation with microgrid control strategy is technically advantageous.To increase control means of island microgrid,integration of distribution automation technology and control of operation mode switching and black start is studied in this paper,and the technical scheme of application in islands is discussed.The integration of the two technologies further ensures steady and reliable operation of island microgrid,and opened up new thoughts for the popularization and application of island microgrid power supply.
