摘要(Abstract)：

杭州华电半山发电有限公司的脱硫装置已运行了10年左右的时间,积灰堵塞严重,靠日常维护措施已无法保证GGH的正常使用,因此更换了GGH全部换热元件,重新启动运行后总体情况明显改善,同时采取积极有效措施减缓了GGH压差的上升速率。
The flue gas desulfurization device has been in operation in Hangzhou Huadian Banshan Power Generation Co.,Ltd for about 10 years and the normal use of gas-gas heater(GGH) cannot be guaranteed based on daily maintenance measures due to the severe scaling and clogging.Therefore,the company replaced all of the GGH heat exchange components and the overall situation was greatly improved after restart.Meanwhile,it took effective measures to lower the rising rate of GGH differential pressure.
