摘要(Abstract):

三支承结构发电机-励磁机机组一直存在着励磁机不稳定振动问题,其影响因素较多,治理困难。通过多台机组励磁机末端瓦振动的测试和治理,对振动故障进行研究,详细分析了影响振动的因素和振动机理,并提出相应的诊断策略和治理方法,有效解决了励磁机不稳定振动难题。
There has been the problem of unstable exciter vibration in three-bearing generator exciter system.It is difficult to solve it due to numerous influencing factors.Through the tests and treatment of the end bearing vibration of the exciters of a number of units,the research into the vibration fault is carried out,and the influencing factors and vibration mechanism are analyzed in detail.The diagnostic strategy and treatment methods are proposed and effectively solve the difficult problem.
