摘要(Abstract):
随着智能变电站技术的不断发展和广泛应用,智能变电站将成为电网建设的主流趋势。在智能变电站中,智能终端作为过程层的核心设备之一,其运行的稳定性和可靠性直接关系到变电站的安全稳定运行。阐述了智能终端的更换方法以及安全技术措施,以华东电网第1座500 kV智能变电站吴宁变电站为例,介绍了由于现场智能终端的装置型号和版本号不属于国家电网公司公布的合格产品名单而更换的技术方案,分析了智能终端更换过程中的危险点和注意事项。
With the development and extensive application of smart substation technology, the smart substation will become the mainstream trend of power grid construction. In smart substations, the smart terminal is one of the core equipment in process layerandits operation stability and reliability are directly related to the safe and stable operation of substation. This paper takes Wuning substation, the first 500 kV smart substation of East China power grid as an example to introduce technical scheme of the replace corresponding smart terminals since the device type and version number of smart terminal does not belong to the acceptable product list of State Grid Corporation China; furthermore, it analyzes dangerous points and precautions during smart terminal replacement.
