浙江电网雷害风险预警方法研究Study of Lightning Damage Risk Warning in Zhejiang Power Grid

摘要(Abstract):
以气象部门运行多年的雷电概率预报数据作为电网雷害风险预警的致灾因子评估指标,选取海拔高度、坡度、坡向、土地利用类型和河网密度构建电网雷害孕灾环境敏感性评估模型。将杆塔所在区域危险地闪的出现频率作为电网雷害风险预警的承灾体易损性评估指标。基于灾害学理论,利用层次分析法提出一种浙江电网雷害风险预警方法。该预警法融入孕灾环境和杆塔本身耐雷水平等因素,更具科学性和可操作性,减少了雷击跳闸预警的空报率。
The lightning probability forecasting data of meteorological departments are used as evaluation indices for lightning damage risk warning to establish a lightning damage-forming environment sensitivity evaluation model by the selection of elevation, slope degree, slope direction, land utilization classification and drainage density. The occurrence frequency of dangerous flash in the tower area is selected as assessment indices of the vulnerability of the disaster-bearing body. Following the theory of disaster science, a lightning damage risk warning method by analytic hierarchy process(AHP) for Zhejiang power grid is proposed. The method, combining disaster-forming environment and lightning withstand level of towers, is more scientific and workable and can reduce the false rate of lightning trip-out warning.
