摘要(Abstract)：

根据发电计划测算及制订的特点 ,适应厂网分开、竞价上网为主题的电力改革的形势的需要 ,运用随机生产模拟理论和技术 ,结合差价合约电量测算及分析系统 ,设计了一套发电计划测算及制定系统 ,满足了新形势对发电生产计划的要求 ;文章还对主要功能模块进行了说明。
A system of the power generation planning decisionˉmaking is designed for the characteristic of the power generation planning examination and workingˉout.Also it adapted to power electric reform situaˉtion which the subject is power plant separated from electric grid and generating through competition.Meanwhile,it applies theory and technology of electric production stochastic simulation.Furthermore,it combines system of examination and analysis of contract energy for difference,and contents demand of the power generation planning under new situation.Furthermore,this article also explains its main module.
