能源互联网背景下的客户侧分布式电源综合运营服务平台及其关键技术研究

摘要(Abstract):

能源互联网作为能源革命的核心技术,力图借助信息新技术来推动分布式可再生能源的大规模利用与分享,促进多种复杂网络系统的融合,实现能源利用模式的改变。在此背景下,分析了能源互联网的建设理念、能源互联网与分布式电源的关系,分布式电源的特点、现状和存在问题,介绍了浙江省客户侧分布式电源综合运营服务平台的整体框架、平台功能,并探讨了平台的技术特点、关键技术和建设成果。
As the core technology of the energy revolution,Energy Internet aims to use information and new technologies to promote large-scale use and share of distributed renewable energy,promote the integration of a variety of complex network systems and achieve energy use mode change.Under the context,the paper analyzes the construction concept of Energy Internet,the relationship between Energy Internet and distributed power supply,the characteristics,current situation and existing problems of distributed power supply;besides,it introduces the overall framework and functions of the integrated operation service platform for distributed power supply at customer side in Zhejiang province,and discusses the technical characteristics,key technologies and construction results of the platform.
