摘要(Abstract):

目前,继电保护整定计算软件的建模方式都是采用手工输入数据的人工建模方式,而这些数据大部分可从继电保护故障信息系统以及主站提供的IEC 61970 XML服务中获得。本文提出了一种新的基于IEC 61970 CIM的自动建模方案,该方案按照标准的IEC 61970 CIM模型以CIM XML数据格式读取信息模型,自动生成继电保护整定软件所需的数据模型和图形模型。采用这种自动建模方式可以有效防止各应用系统在信息上成为相对独立的"信息孤岛",实现各个应用系统资源数据共享。
Traditional modeling of relay protection setting software is hand-worked modeling. All data need for relay protection setting calculation are inputted by hand. But in fact,most of data can be got from the power grid fault information system and the service provided by IEC 61970 XML. This paper presents a new automatic modeling for relay protection setting software based on IEC 61970 CIM. The relay protection setting software can read CIM XML data with IEC 61970 CIM standard and produce the data modeling and graphical modeling automatically. With the use of automatic modeling,the software can deal with the information isolation of the different applying system and the inability of sharing information and the lack of cooperation.
