单筛板湿法脱硫系统提效技术应用研究

摘要(Abstract):

分析单筛板湿法脱硫系统提效技术,并在某燃煤机组上进行应用研究,通过试验发现:试验条件下,适当降低筛板开孔率有利于脱硫效率的提高,当筛板开孔率从30%降至29%后,脱硫效率增加了1.1%;增加液气比可以提高脱硫效率;机组负荷的增加会导致脱硫效率降低;原烟气SO_2浓度的增加会导致脱硫效率降低;在5.28~5.6的p H值区间内,随着吸收塔内pH值的升高,脱硫效率增加,最佳pH值为5.6左右。
In this paper, the efficiency improvement technology of single sieve plate WFGD system is analyzed and applied to a coal-fired unit. It is found that under the experimental condition, reducing the opening ratio of the sieve plate is conducive to improve the desulfurization efficiency; when the opening ratio of the sieve plate is reduced to 29%, the desulfurization efficiency is increased by 1.1%; the liquid-gas ratio increase can improve the desulfurization efficiency; the increase of unit load will lead to a decrease of desulfurization efficiency of the desulfurization system; the increase of SO_2 concentration in the original flue gas will lead to a decrease of desulfurization efficiency; in the pH range of 5.28~5.6, with the increase of the pH value in the absorber, the desulfurization efficiency increases, and the optimal p H value is about 5.6.
