适用于特高压主变压器现场安装的充气柱式保温房设计与实施

摘要(Abstract):

在我国1 000 kV特高压交流输变电工程建设规划中,部分施工区间处于冬季高寒低温时间段,而特高压主要设备在安装过程中热油循环的相关标准规定其温度不得低于65℃。而部分施工地区冬季最低温度低于-20℃,这严重影响了特高压主变压器及电抗器的安装。为了解决这一问题,提出了利用充气柱式保温房对施工过程中的特高压主设备进行保温的技术方案,通过对充气柱式保温房的换热特性进行分析,提出了适用于特高压主变压器的保温房设计方案。进一步设计出一种用于特高压主变压器安装的充气柱式保温房,并应用于蒙西特高压变电站的冬季施工现场,获得了良好的保温效果。
In China's 1 000 kV UHV AC transmission and transformation project construction planning,some construction zones are in the winter cold and low-temperature period while the temperature of hot oil cannot be lower than 65℃ as specified by relevant standards during installation of main equipment.However,the lowest temperature in some construction areas is below-20℃ in the winter time,which brings difficulties to UHV main transformer and reactor installation.Therefore,this paper puts forward a technical scheme of thermal insulation for the UHV main equipment in the construction process by using the inflatable column insulation room;through the analysis of the heat transfer characteristic of the inflatable column insulation room,it puts forward a design scheme of the insulation room which is suitable for the UHV main transformer.The design of an inflatable column-type insulating room for UHV reactor installation and its application in the winter construction site of Mengxi UHV substation have obtained good insulation effect.
