1000kV特高压线路耐张绝缘子更换技术研究Research on Methods of Replacing the Strain Insulators on 1000kV UHV Transmission Lines

摘要(Abstract):
1000kV特高压输电线路由于耐张绝缘子串长度和重量的骤增,使得其更换难度也随之增大。通过分析特高压输电线路耐张绝缘子串的特点,针对耐张绝缘子串整串更换作业进行了相关更换方案研究,结合目前超高压输电线路耐张串的更换方法,从结构、受力等方面分析特高压线路耐张串更换时硬质跳线的干扰等技术难点,提出了引导跳线法、主动牵引法2种更换方案,排除了硬质跳线对更换耐张串绝缘子作业的影响。
Due to abrupt length and weight increase of strain insulator strings on 1000kV UHV(Ultra High Voltage) transmission line, the replacement work is also becoming more difficult. By analyzing characters of strain insulator strings on UHV lines, the paper investigates scheme of replacing the whole strain insulator string; in combination with currently used replacement method of strain insulator strings on UHV lines, it analyzes such technical difficulties as interference of hard jumper wire in replacement of strain insulator strings on UHV lines in terms of the structure, stress and so on. The paper finally proposes two replacement schemes: jumper wire induction method and active traction method, by which influence of hard jumper wire on strain insulators replacement is eliminated.
