摘要(Abstract):
以某新建1 000 MW超超临界机组为例,介绍了增设0号高压加热器的全负荷高效回热技术方案,并在基建过程中实施完成。通过机组试运及性能试验,验证了在机组35%~90%THA负荷段投运0号高压加热器,可以提高给水温度,降低汽轮机热耗,且能提高脱硝装置在低负荷时的投用率,实现节能减排。
The paper briefly introduces full-load high-efficiency heat regeneration technology scheme of No.0high-pressure heater in a new 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical unit and its implementation in capital construction. By trial run and performance test, it is verified that in load of 35% to 90% of THA, the operation of No.0 high-pressure heater can rise feedwater temperature, decline heat rate of steam turbine and increase the operation rate of denitration in low load to achieve energy conservation and emission reduction.
