复合阻垢剂PAA-HPMA阻碳酸钙垢性能的试验研究Research on Scale Inhibitive Properties of PAA-HPMA for Calcium Carbonate

摘要(Abstract):
聚丙烯酸(简称PAA)—水解聚马来酸酐(简称HPMA)是一种新型的复合阻垢剂,具有阻垢效果佳、热稳定性好等优点。运用静态阻垢法,通过改变PAA和HPMA的用量、恒温浓缩时间、恒温浓缩温度和pH值等因素,研究了这些因素对PAA-HPMA阻碳酸钙垢性能的影响。试验结果表明:当PAA和HPMA的用量分别为2.4mL和3.6mL,恒温浓缩温度在80℃,恒温浓缩时间为10h和pH=7时,对碳酸钙垢的阻垢性能最佳。
Polyacrylic acid(abbreviated as PAA)-hydrolyzed polymaleic anhydride(abbreviated as HPMA)is a kind of new mixed scale inhibitor.It has good scale inhibitive effect and the advantages of good thermal stability.Using static anti-scale method,by changing the amount of PAA and HPMA,constant temperature enrichment time,constant temperature concentration temperature and pH value etc,scale inhibitive properties of PAA-HPMA for calcium carbonate were studied.Experimental results show:when the amount of PAA and HPMA is 2.4 mL and 3.6 mL,respectively,constant temperature concentration temperature is 80℃,and constant temperature enrichment time is 10 h and pH=7,the scale inhibitive properties of PAA-HPMA for calcium carbonate is the best.
