尿素水解法在超超临界机组脱硝系统中的应用与优化

摘要(Abstract):

尿素制氨技术是一种安全经济的SCR(选择性催化还原法)脱硝还原剂制备方法。介绍水解制氨法和热解制氨法这2种成熟制氨技术的工作原理,再根据技术和经济指标,比较二者的优缺点,最后选择水解制氨法作为舟山煤电SCR脱硝系统的尿素制氨工艺,并从预防腐蚀、预防堵塞和提高供氨响应速度等方面进行水解制氨工艺的设计优化。对于投运后出现的堵塞、温度控制、阀门内漏和控制逻辑不合理等问题,分析形成原因并进行针对性处理。
Urea ammonia production technology is a safe and economic SCR(selective catalytic reduction)denitrification reducing agent preparation method. This paper introduces the working principle of two mature ammonia production technologies, hydrolysis ammonia production and pyrolysis ammonia production. According to the technical and economic indexes, the advantages and disadvantages of the two technologies are compared. Hydrolysis ammonia production is selected as the urea ammonia production process of Zhoushan coal power SCR denitration system. The design optimization of hydrolysis ammonia production process is carried out by corrosion prevention, blockage prevention and improvement of ammonia supply response speed.For the problems such as blockage, temperature control, valve internal leakage and unreasonable control logic after the operation, the causes are analyzed and targeted treatments are carried out.
