摘要(Abstract)：

输电线路安全巡视是确保电网安全稳定的基础工作,分析了常规巡视的弊端和开展状态巡视的必要性,提出建立输电线路的状态巡视体系,对线路状态各分项逐项评分,得出一条(一段)线路的综合得分,以确定该条(段)线路巡视周期。通过开展状态巡视工作,还有效缓解了输电线路规模大与人员紧缺的矛盾。
Safety inspection on transmission lines is the basis for ensuring grid safety and stability.The paper analyzes demerits of conventional inspection and the necessity of status inspection,and proposes to establish transmission line status inspection system to mark each subitem of line status to conclude the comprehensive score of each(or each section) of the lines so as to determine the inspection period of the line(or the section).By means of status inspection,the contradiction between large scale of transmission lines and unenough personnel can be effectively eased.
