交流配电XLPE电缆直流改造的拓扑结构和空间电荷研究综述

摘要(Abstract):

对国内外在交流配电XLPE(交联聚乙烯)电缆直流改造方面的研究进行了梳理和介绍。对于在直流电压下运行的交流XLPE电缆,绝缘中的空间电荷积累是其面临的主要问题,将电缆绝缘中的电场强度限制在空间电荷积累阈值场强以下时,可以忽略由于电极注入和杂质电离带来的空间电荷积累的影响。对于单回交流配电线路直流改造的拓扑结构,可考虑采用双极式接线方式;当其供电能力提升较小时,也可考虑采用单极或者三线双极式接线方式。
The paper sorts out and introduces research on AC distribution XLPE(cross-linked polyethylene)cable conversion into DC operation both at home and abroad. For AC XLPE cable operating under DC voltage, the accumulation of space charge in the insulation is a major problem. When the electric field in the cable insulation is below the space charge accumulation threshold, the influence of space charge accumulation due to electrode injection and impurity ionization can be ignored. For the topology of the single-circuit AC distribution line conversion into DC operation, bipole wiring mode can be considered; if the power capacity is insignificantly improved, the monopole or tripole wiring mode can also be considered.
