高频电源在静电除尘器上的应用Application of High Frequency Power Supply in Electrostatic Precipitator

摘要(Abstract):
为适应环保对发电厂除尘效果提出的新指标要求,在分析了几种除尘器改造方案的基础上,对某300 MW机组静电除尘器的工频电源进行了改造,介绍了静电除尘器高频电源的工作原理,改造后,单台静电除尘器减少烟尘排放114.6 t,节约电费112.5万元,实现了节能减排的双重目标。
In order to adapt to new index of environmental protection requirements on power plant dust removal, power frequency power supply of electrostatic precipitator is retrofitted on the basis of analysis on electrostatic precipitator retrofit scheme. The paper introduces working principle of high-frequency power supply for electrostatic precipitator. After retrofit, the smoke discharged from a single electrostatic precipitator is reduced by 114.6 tons with electricity cost of 1.125 billion Yuan saved. Therefore, the goals of energy saving and emission reduction are achieved.
