针对电网负荷突变的可再生能源系统并网算法研究Research on Algorithm for Renewable Power System Integration Against Grid Load Change

摘要(Abstract):
RPS(可再生能源系统)的推广需要考虑特定电网的供求量、气象及地理特性,以预测合理的RPS容量及最优经济配比,从而达到建设成本的最优。一种合理的并网算法,能够保证RPC与负荷需求的供需平衡,同时保障电网的电压水平。利用一个模拟电网模型,基于潮流算法设计了一种电网负荷突变的RPS并网稳定算法,以确保电网内负荷突变与RPS的供需平衡及电能质量。
The development of renewable power system needs to give consideration to grid supply and demand, meteorological and geographical characteristics to forecast reasonable capacity of renewable power system and the optimal economic ratio so that the construction cost can be optimized. A reasonable algorithm for grid integration can maintain a balance of supply and demand between renewable power system and load requirement and in the meantime maintain voltage level of grid. By using simulation grid model, an algorithm for renewable power system integration against grid load change is formulated on the basis of power flow algorithm for the purpose of maintaining balance of supply and power between load change and renewable power system as well as the power quality.
