电平数对模块化多电平换流器运行特性的影响

摘要(Abstract):

针对电平数对MMC(模块化多电平换流器)运行特性的影响问题,分别研究了MMC启动和稳态运行阶段,不同电平数对MMC与交流系统交换功率、MMC直流电压、MMC相间环流、子模块电容电压和MMC输出波形特性的影响。通过分析电平数对子模块电容电压充电过程的影响,得到了电平数对其他各项运行特性的影响。通过对不同电平数MMC仿真分析,验证了电平数对MMC各项运行特性影响的分析。同时验证了控制器输入变量标幺化后,在相同控制目标和一次系统参数的情况下,控制器参数对于不同电平数MMC具备通用性。
Aiming at the effect of level number on operation characteristics of modular multilevel converter(MMC), the paper investigates the impact of level number on the exchanging power between MMC and AC system, the DC voltage of MMC, MMC circulating current, capacitor voltage of submodules and the characteristic of MMC output waveform in startup and steady state operation of MMC. By analyzing the effect of level number on the charging process of submodule capacitor voltage, the effect of level number on the other operation characteristics is obtained. The simulation results of MMCs with different level numbers show the validity of the analysis of the effect of level number on operation characteristics of MMC. Meanwhile the parameters of the controller can be used in MMCs with different level numbers in the same control targets and primary system parameters when the input variables of the controller are per unit values.
