摘要(Abstract):
某300 MW机组进行汽轮机高中压缸通流增容改造后,高负荷时出现1号、2号轴承振动突然升高的现象,分析为汽流激振导致。通过优化调整4个调门的阀序、提高轴承轴瓦比压、改造轴承油流管路等方法,轴承的振动得到了有效控制。
After throughflow capacity increase of high and medium pressure cylinder of a 300 MW steam turbine, the vibration of #1 and #2 bearings sharply increase in high load, which is analyzed caused by steam exciting force. By valve sequence optimization and adjustment of four dampers, specific pressure improvement of bearing bush and oil circuit reconstruction of bearings, the vibration is effectively mitigated and can adapt to AGC operation of units.
