燃煤电厂实际烟气脱硝催化剂性能检测中试平台建设与应用

摘要(Abstract):

为准确掌握SCR(选择性催化还原)脱硝催化剂各阶段时期脱硝性能,合理地对脱硝催化剂进行全寿命管理,依托某发电厂3号机组搭建了利用发电厂实际烟气的SCR脱硝催化剂性能检测和寿命管理中试平台,以在国内某装机容量为330 MW的燃煤机组脱硝系统上运行20 000 h的脱硝催化剂和与其结构、成分相同的新鲜脱硝催化剂作为样本,在该中试平台进行脱硝效率、氨逃逸率、 SO2/SO3转化率、压降等性能指标的检测,可为发电厂脱硝系统的应用性、安全性和经济性提供保障。
To accurately grasp the denitrification performance of SCR(selective catalytic reduction) denitrification catalyst in each stage and reasonably manage the whole life of denitrification catalyst, a pilot-scale experiment platform for performance testing and life management of SCR denitrification catalyst using the actual flue gas was built based on unit 3 of Power Plant. The denitrification catalysts and fresh denitrification catalysts with the same structure and composition that have been operated for 20 000 h on the denitrification system of a coal-fired unit with an installed capacity of 330 MW in China were taken as samples to test the denitrification efficiency, ammonia escape rate, SO_2/SO_3 conversion rate, pressure drop and other performance indexes to ensure the application, safety and economy of the denitration systems in power plants.
