电能表检定周期优化研究
Optimization Analysis of Electric Energy Meter Reverification Cycle

摘要(Abstract):

DL/T 448-2016《电能计量装置技术管理规程》针对电能计量检定工作相关规定进行了修订,其中对"经检定合格的感应式电能表在库房中保存时间超过6个月应重新进行检定"条款进行了调整。基于电能表检定的历史实验数值、资源损耗等数据,分析了电能表检定的综合成本,建立了电能表重检周期优化模型,对修订内容进行了验证,研究结论为规程的修订提供了技术支撑。
According to the DL/T 448-2016 Technical Management Regulations of Electric Energy Metering Device, specification of electric energy metering reverification is revised by adjusting the clause of "the qualified inductive electric meter must be reverified after stored more than 6 months". Based on historical experimental data and resource loss data of electric energy meter verification, comprehensive cost of electric energy meter verification is analyzed, and optimization model of energy meter reverification cycle is established to verify the revised content. The research conclusion provides technical support for the revision.
