真空断路器开合电容电流老炼试验Aging Test of Opening and Closing Capacitive Current of Vacuum Circuit Breaker

摘要(Abstract):
根据多年来开展真空断路器老炼试验的经验和技术积累,提出了老炼试验的一般方法和要求。根据对近5年来开展老炼试验的情况统计和分析,指出真空断路器及灭弧室总体性能没有质的提升,现阶段应严格按照国家电网公司要求,必须在投运前对真空断路器进行高压大电流老炼试验。
According to experience and technologies accumulated from aging tests of vacuum circuit breaker over the years, this paper presents general method and requirements for aging test. In the light of status statistic and analysis of aging tests in recent five years, this paper points out that the general performance of vacuum circuit breaker and arc extinguishing chamber has not experienced qualitative enhancement. At the present stage, requirements of State Grid Corporation should be abided by to conduct high voltage and large current aging test on vacuum circuit breaker before its operation.
