摘要(Abstract):
国内超超临界机组锅炉受热面高温段采用新型奥氏体不锈钢Super304H和HR3C,机组在停机检修时通常采用消防水对受热面外表面进行清洗。为了检验消防水中Cl-是否会引起新型奥氏体钢焊接接头腐蚀,通过模拟相似条件进行多批次浸蚀试验,对试样进行外观检查、表面渗透、金相检验、电镜扫描等检测与分析,未发现较高浓度Cl-溶液引起Super304H和HR3C不锈钢焊接接头腐蚀现象,为超超临界锅炉炉膛内部采用消防水清洗提供了有力的试验依据。
The new-type austenitic stainless steel Super304H and HR3C have been used in the high-temperature section of the heating surface for domestic ultra supercritical boilers. The outer surface of the heating surface is usually cleaned by fire water during shutdown of the units. In order to test whether the Cl-of fire water can cause stress corrosion of the new-type steel welded joints. Through batches of etch test under simulating similar conditions, the sample has been analyzed by using macroscopic examination, surface penetration,metallographic detection, electron microscope scanning and etc. It is not found that higher concentration Clsolution can cause the corrosion of Super304H or HR3C welded joints. It provides a strong test basis that the furnace internal cleaning by fire water is feasible for ultra supercritical boilers.
