基于110kV电压等级的MSVC无功电压控制MSVC Reactive Voltage Control Based on 110 kV Voltage Class

摘要(Abstract):
针对目前我国无功补偿电压层级过多、补偿不经济,以及开关频繁投切的问题,提出了在220 kV变电站110 kV电压等级下安装MSVC装置的措施。通过对110 kV电压等级MSVC装置的工作原理及特性分析,提出了基于七区图法的动态无功补偿策略,对无功功率和电压进行综合调节,并给出了在110 kV侧安装无功补偿装置所需容量的计算方法。算例结果表明,通过110 kV电压等级MSVC的无功电压控制,可以减少无功补偿装置开关投切次数,维持110 kV母线电压稳定,提高功率因数,具有良好的应用前景和推广价值。
Aiming at multiple voltage classes and uneconomical reactive compensation as well as frequent switching of switches in China, the paper proposes to install MSVC under a 110 kV voltage class in 220 kV substation. By analyzing work principle and characters of 110 kV class MSVC, the paper brings forward a dynamic reactive compensation strategy based on seven-region diagram method for comprehensive adjustment on reactive power and voltage; besides, it gives a method of calculating the capacity for installation of reactive compensation device at 110 kV side. The calculation result shows that it can reduce switching of reactive compensation device, maintain stability of 110 kV bus voltage and improve power factor by means of reactive power control of 110 kV MSVC. Therefore, the device has good application prospect and is worth promotion.
