摘要(Abstract):
加强对在线监测数据的管理是进一步提高电力公司状态检修和资产管理水平的有效措施。探讨如何基于PI实时数据库建立标准统一平台,实现省内众多在线监测装置的管理,即实时监测、高级分析和辅助决策。以变压器在线油色谱监测为例,详细介绍软件功能设计和专业分析功能。实践证明,数据分析中心可以较好地解决在线监测装置的管理问题,并进一步提升状态检修的技术水平。
Improving the management of online monitoring data can effectively enhance the condition-based maintenance(CBM) and asset management level for electric power companies.This paper discusses how to develop a standard unified platform based on plant information(PI) database and achieve the management of a large number of online monitoring devices in the province,including real-time monitoring,advanced analysis and assistant decision making.Illustrated with the case of online monitoring of transformer oil chromatogram,the software function design and professional analysis function are elaborated.It is proved in practice that the data analysis center could deal with the management problems of online monitoring devices effectively and improve CBM technology.
