一次典型的电网假接地现象分析与思考Analysis and Pondering about Typical False Grounding in Transformer Substation

摘要(Abstract)：
中性点非直接接地系统中在特定情况下会出现假接地现象,电气量指示与单相接地相同,值班人员容易混淆,造成误判断。通过对一次典型的假接地事件处理过程的分析,从理论上分析其出现的原因,并提出避免的方法。
False grounding in neutral-point indirect grounding system which happens in specific situations, behaving in accordance with single-phase earth fault in electrical value of quantities, misguides watcher and results in wrong judgments easily. The reason can be found, and can brought the way of avoiding the anomaly forward by analyzing the whole disposing process of a typical false grounding.
