旋转电极式电除尘布置方式研究及应用

摘要(Abstract):

旋转电极式电除尘技术是实现燃煤电场"超低排放"的有效技术之一,目前旋转电极电场采用灰斗下沉的布置方式,对于改造项目的适用性差。通过介绍适用于新建机组的常规旋转电极式电除尘器布置方式,提出了将常规电除尘器末电场改造为旋转电极式电场的新型布置方式,并进行详细分析。该新型布置方式已得到了成功应用,提高了旋转电极式电除尘技术的适用范围和技术竞争力,为燃煤电厂粉尘高效治理技术提供了更多的选择。
The rotary electrode electrostatic precipitator(REEP) is a highly effective technology for ultra-low emission in coal power plant. The present REEP electric field adopts hopper sinking mode and might not adapt to reconstruction project. The paper introduces arrangement mode of traditional electrode electrostatic precipitator and suggests replacing it with REEP; moreover, it expounds the new mode. The new arrangement mode now is successfully applied, which expands application scope of REEP and improves its technical competitiveness, providing coal-fired power plants more options for effective dust treatment.
