摘要(Abstract):
某发电厂西门子9F燃机在实际运行过程中,氮氧化物的排放浓度不稳定,甚至会出现超标的现象。通过长时间的数据跟踪及数据比对,发现天然气组分、环境湿度较大幅度的变化对氮氧化物的产生具有很大影响,甚至引起机组排放超标。对此,在确保机组稳定运行的前提下,实施了根据负荷调整氮氧化物、燃烧调整、燃烧器改造等一系列的优化措施,可确保机组在全负荷段氮氧化物均不超标,实现机组的安全稳定运行。
NO_Xemission concentration was unstable or even excessive during the actual operation of Siemens9 F gas turbine. Through long-time data tracking and comparison, it is found that natural gas composition and great change of ambient humidity have significant impact on NO_Xgeneration or even lead to excessive emission. Therefore, optimization measures such as NO_Xregulation in accordance to the load, combustion regulation and burner transformation are implemented with the units operation stability assured to make sure NO_X does not exceed the standard in full load of units and its operation is stable and safe.
