摘要(Abstract):

根据660 MW锅炉运行的实际需要设计了锅炉DCS大屏幕报警系统的基本框架,并对报警信号的选取、报警逻辑的组态和报警画面的设置进行了精心优化,实现了锅炉本体和所有主要辅机参数异常、辅助设备故障的实时报警功能,为集控运行人员对异常和事故的判断处理提供了直接、明确的信息。
The basic framework of distributed control system(DCS) for large screen alarm was designed based on practical requirements of the 660 MW boiler,And the optimization of alarm signal selection,alarm logic configuration and alarm screen setting was carried out to realize the function of real-time alarm for the parameter abnormities of the boiler and main axuliary machines and faults of assistant equipments.And it provides direct and explicit information for operators to deal with equipment abnormities and accidents.
