输电杆塔紧固件抗振防松试验规程中振幅和频率取值的探讨

摘要(Abstract):

为解决电力行业标准《输电杆塔紧固件抗振防松试验技术要求》中试验频率和空载振幅的取值问题,选取了3种常规振幅和3种常规频率,对同一批次紧固件进行了横向振动试验研究。研究结果表明,3种频率对紧固件的横向振动试验结果影响不大,而不同空载振幅对紧固件的横向振动试验结果有较大影响。进一步研究了紧固件发生横向振动断裂的试验条件,最终提出一组试验频率、空载振幅的建议值,为编制电力行业标准《输电杆塔紧固件横向振动试验技术要求》提供参考依据。
To discuss the test frequency and non-load amplitude value in the power industry standard of Technical Requirements for Anti-vibration and Loose Proof Tests of Fasteners Used in Pole and Tower of Transmission Line, the paper selects 3 regular amplitudes and 3 regular frequencies to and conducted transverse vibration tests on the same batch of fasteners. The result shows that the three frequencies barely have effects on the transverse vibration test results while the non-load amplitude has significant influences. Furthermore, the article further investigates the test conditions when transverse vibration rupture occurs, and provides a set of test frequency and non-load amplitude value, providing references to compilation of Technical Requirements for Anti-vibration and Loose Proof Tests of Fasteners Used in Pole and Tower of Transmission Line.
