摘要(Abstract):
考虑到电力设备的家族缺陷对设备状态评估具有较大影响,在分析传统层次聚类法的基础上,引入改进的层次聚类方法,对电力设备的家族状态数据进行自动识别和聚类处理,进而给出家族缺陷因子的定量评估。结合变电站通信网络中的MMS通信网络设备进行家族缺陷评估,有效、合理地反映了设备的各类家族缺陷对设备健康状态的影响,进而为检修决策的制定提供了有力的依据。
In consideration of family defects of electrical equipment have great impact on equipment state evaluation,the paper,on the basis of analyzing traditional hierarchical clustering method,introduces improved hierarchical clustering method and automatically recognizes and processes by clustering the data of family state of electrical equipment,and thereafter presents quantitative evaluation on family defect factors.Finally,family defect evaluation is conducted by combining MMS of communication networks in substations,which effectively and reasonably reflects impact of various family defects on equipment health,and thereafter reference for making maintenance decision are provided.
