分布式光伏不同并网方式下的用户侧功率因数分析

摘要(Abstract):

为研究分布式光伏电源接入电网后对用户功率因数的影响,结合实际工程情况甄选典型案例,基于用电信息采集系统分析了不同并网方式下用户功率因数的情况,指出当前功率因数电费调整办法未能考虑分布式光伏接入的影响,并从光伏并网容量、接入点选择和并网方式3个方面提出功率因数优化方案。
In order to investigate the influence of distributed photovoltaic power integration on user-side power factor, the paper, in line with typical cases, analyzes power factor of users under different integration modes based on power consumption information collection system. The paper also suggests that the existing power factor tariff regulating standard does not take distributed PV integration into account; furthermore, it proposes a power factor optimization scheme with regard to PV integration capacity, access point and integration mode.
