摘要(Abstract):

美国GE公司生产的9FA燃气联合循环机组在浙江已投产10余套,成为主力调峰机组,而振动直接影响机组的安全稳定运行。通过对投产燃气机组的振动试验研究,针对常见的热瞬变振动、油膜涡动和油膜振荡、动静碰摩等问题,分析了振动产生的原因,并最终通过有效手段加以解决,可为同类机组振动问题的处理提供参考。
More than 10 large 9FA gas generating sets made by GE have already been put into operation in Zhejiang province and have become main peak shaving units.However,vibration affects the safe and stable operation of units.Through experimental investigation on vibration of gas generating sets,this paper performs the diagnosis and treatment on the common vibration problems such as thermal transient vibration,oil film whirl and oil film vibration as well as static and dynamic rubbing,which can serve as reference for handling vibration of other units of the same type.
