基于通信数据流的变电站二次设备远程诊断

摘要(Abstract):

为实现变电站二次设备的远程诊断,需要首先将通信状态信息和设备状态信息送至远方诊断平台,并在远方监视分析通信数据流。为此,首先设计并建设了电力设备远程专网,将镜像的网络报文传送至远方诊断平台,然后在诊断平台监视分析网络数据流的特征,解析网络报文,获取二次设备状态信息,并给出基于IEC 61850通信的IED(智能电子设备)链路状态和设备节点的健康评估模型。最后,通过实际案例验证了所设计评估模型的可行性和实用性。
The telecommunication state information and device state information should be transmitted to remote diagnosis platform firstly and the telecommunication data flow be remotely monitored and analyzed for remote diagnosis of substation secondary device. Therefore, remote special network of power equipment is designed and built to send mirrored network messages to remote diagnosis platform, on which the characteristics of network data flow are monitored and analyzed, and the network message is analyzed to obtain the state information of secondary device; besides, a health evaluation model for IEC 61850—based IED(intelligent electronic device) link state and equipment node is given. Finally, the practical case verifies the feasibility and practicability of the evaluation model.
