摘要(Abstract)：
针对电网生产中变电设备运行、检修专业分工的方式下,生产管理效益等方面存在弊端的分析,从优化作业流程,资源配置,以释放资源效能的角度提出变电设备运维合一的生产方式,并对该生产新模式的定义、实施方案和存在的难点进行分析。
Through the analysis of the defects in production management benefits for operation and maintenance division of transformation equipments in grid production.This paper proposes a production mode of integrated operation and maintenance of transformation equipments in terms of operation procedures optimization and efficient allocation and utilization of resources.And the definition of the new production mode,implementation plan and difficulties are analyzed.
