基于振动检测的变压器绕组机械稳定性评估

摘要(Abstract):

变压器绕组机械稳定性不足是引起设备事故的主要原因,科学评价其机械稳定性对减少设备事故、提高检修针对性具有积极意义。分析了变压器机械稳定性与运行中振动的内在关系,提出了振动传感器安装位置的确定方法,构建了以振动信号频率复杂度、振动平稳性、能量相似度和振动相关性为特征值的评估指标体系。以实际故障变压器为例,对方法进行了验证,结果表明,基于振动原理的绕组机械稳定性带电测试方法对于绕组变形具有良好的检测效果。
Insufficient mechanical stability of transformer winding is the leading cause of equipment accidents. Scientific evaluation of its mechanical stability is of positive significance for reducing equipment accidents and improving maintenance pertinence. This paper analyzes the inherent relationship between the mechanical stability of the transformer and the vibration in operation. Moreover,it proposes a method for determining the installation position of the vibration sensor and establishes an index evaluation system with frequency complexity of the vibration signal,vibration stability,energy similarity,and vibration correlation as the characteristic values. Finally,the paper verifies the method by instancing the faulty transformers. The results show that the live-wire mechanical stability detection method of transformer windings based on the principle of vibration can better detect winding deformation.
