白鹤滩直流逆变站技术路线对浙江省多直流换相失败的影响分析

摘要(Abstract):

目前白鹤滩直流输电工程正处于规划阶段,作为白鹤滩直流的受端,浙江电网的运行特性势必受白鹤滩直流逆变站技术路线的影响。为分析不同技术路线对浙江省宾金、灵绍两回直流换相失败的影响,并为技术路线的选择提供参考,首先提出了4种评估直流换相失败故障比例和换相失败恢复特性的指标;然后在白鹤滩直流逆变站LCC(相控换流器)接入、定交流母线电压MMC(模块化多电平换电器)接入以及定无功功率MMC接入3种技术路线下对浙江电网进行安全稳定计算;最后对比并总结了白鹤滩直流逆变站3种技术路线对宾金、灵绍直流的影响。结果表明:定无功功率MMC技术路线与LCC技术路线相比,会恶化宾金、灵绍直流的换相失败特性;而定交流母线电压MMC技术路线则会改善宾金、灵绍直流的换相失败特性,推荐采用。
The Baihetan HVDC transmission system is under planning. As its receiving end, Zhejiang power grid will necessarily be influenced by inverter technical routes in operation characteristics. In order to analyze the impact of various technical routes on double-circuit DC commutation failure of Yibin-Jinhua and LingzhouShaoxing systems and provide reference to technical route selection, four indexes for evaluating DC commutation failure ratio and the restoration property are proposed and the safety and stability of Zhejiang power grid is calculated with the integration of LCC(line commutated converter), constant alternating bus voltage MMC(modular multilevel converter) and constant reactive voltage MMC in Baihetan DC inverter station. Finally, the impact of the three technical routes for Baihetan inverter station on the commutation failure of the Yibin-Jinhua and Lingzhou-Shaoxing HVDC systems is analyzed and summarized. The results show that the MMC inverter mode with the constant reactive power can deteriorate the commutation failure of Yibin-Jinhua and Lingzhou-Shaoxing HVDC systems while MCC with constant AC bus voltage can improve the commutation failure characteristics, and thus is strongly recommended.
