深度调峰中锅炉超低负荷稳燃技术的研究Study on Ultra-low Load Stable Combustion Technology of Boiler in Deep Peak Shaving

摘要(Abstract):
为了满足火力燃煤机组深度调峰的要求,低峰时锅炉已进入超低负荷运行,仅靠传统强化燃烧稳燃燃烧器已不能满足超低负荷稳燃的要求,而使用大油枪稳燃又大幅抬升发电厂的运行成本。对此,在某330 MW机组锅炉上改造了2层微油点火燃烧器,并进行了不投大油枪超低负荷稳燃试验。结果表明,仅靠微油点火燃烧器完全可以满足超低负荷稳燃的要求,且在煤粉燃尽率可以保证的前提下,耗油量减少达95%以上,经济效益显著。
In order to meet the requirements of deep peak shaving of coal-fired units, boiler enters into ultralow load operation at low peak, and the traditional enhanced combustion stabilizing burner can no longer meet the requirement of ultra-low load stable combustion while large oil gun greatly raises the operating cost of the power plant. In view of this, the two-layer micro-oil ignition burner is modified on a 330 MW boiler,and the ultra-low load stable combustion test without large oil gun is carried out. The results show that the micro-oil ignition burner alone can completely meet the requirements of ultra-low load stable combustion, and on the premise that the pulverized coal burnout rate can be guaranteed, the fuel consumption reduction is up to 95%, and the economic benefit is remarkable.
