配电云主站架构方案与关键技术Architecture Scheme and Key Technology of Distribution Cloud Master Station

摘要(Abstract):
针对传统配电自动化系统主站功能扩展难、物联网设备接入能力不足、海量多源数据存储计算能力差的现状,应用云计算、大数据及移动互联网等技术,构建了适用于中低压配电网设备运维与接入需求的配电自动化大四区云主站系统。构建由商用组件、开源组件、自产实时监控平台组件构成的混合型省级配电云主站系统,构建省级配电网运行监控与运行状态管控类微服务和微应用,实现海量终端数据管理、设备管理、应用管理,满足业务功能分责、分权、分区管理支撑配电网调度与运维的总体要求,实现多类数据沉淀,为后期开展大数据分析决策类应用提供支撑。
Because of the difficulty in expanding the functions of the master station of the traditional power distribution automation system, the insufficient access capability of the Internet of Things equipment, and the poor computing capability of massive and multi-type data storage, a cloud master station system in the fourth district for the operation and maintenance of distribution network equipment and access requirements applicable to medium and low voltage distribution network equipment operation and maintenance and access requirement is built. A hybrid provincial-level distribution cloud master station system comprising commercial components, open-source components, and self-produced real-time monitoring platform components is constructed. Microservices and micro applications for provincial-level distribution network operation monitoring and operation status control are developed for massive terminal data management, equipment management, application management, implementing business function division of responsibility, decentralization, and partition management to support the overall requirements of distribution network scheduling and operation and maintenance, and in the meantime realizing precipitation of multiple types of data to provide support for the development of big data analysis and decision-making applications.
