基于区段开关图的配电网开关状态辨识Breaker state identification for distribution network based on section breaker graph

摘要(Abstract):
正确的网络拓扑是电网分析和控制的基础。配电网中存在大量没有实际采集的开关,开关状态的辨识尤为重要。针对配电网闭环建设、开环运行的特点,构建区段开关图描述配电网的连接关系,用树的性质描述配电网运行的辐射状结构约束。基于加权最小绝对值原理,构建了以开关状态调整量和量测误差的加权绝对值之和最小为目标的辨识模型。所提辨识模型数学上为混合整数线性规化问题,能够采用分支割平面法结合单纯形法可靠求解。仿真算例验证了所提模型的正确性和算法的有效性。
Correct network topology is the basis of power grid analysis and control. Because of the lack of measurement on breakers, the identification of breaker states is particularly important in the distribution network. According to the characteristics of closed-loop construction and open-loop operation of the distribution network, section breaker graph is developed to describe the connectivity of the distribution network. The property of tree is used to describe the radial structure constraints of the operation of the distribution network. Based on the principle of weighted minimum absolute value, a identification model is developed, which aims to minimize the adjustments of breaker states and the sum of weighted absolute value of measurement errors. The proposed identification model is a mixed integer linear programming(MILP) problem in mathematic, which can be solved by the simplex method combined with the branch and cut frame. The correctness of proposed model and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified by simulation case.
