摘要(Abstract):
介绍了浙江电网220kV终端变电站典型接线和负荷转供方式,总结其在实际运行中存在的不足。深入探讨局部小电源对负荷转供控制策略的影响,并采用捕捉同期合闸方案,通过精确捕捉最佳"合闸时机",实现了差频转供。另外,针对双母线中一条母线检修时常规负荷转供功能停用的缺陷,增设了相应的负荷转供方式,降低保护功能频繁投退带来的风险。改进后的装置显著提高系统的供电可靠性,且适用性强。
This paper introduces the typical connection and load transfer mode of 220 kV terminal substation in Zhejiang power grid and summarizes the problems in the actual operation. The influence of local small power supply on load transfer control strategy is profoundly discussed, and the programme of capturing synchronous switching is adopted, which realizes the transfer in difference frequency by accurately capturing the best "reclosing time". In addition, a load transfer mode is added due to malfunctioning of normal load transfer during maintenance of one bus to reduce the risk from frequent protective function switching. The improved device can significantly enhance the power supply reliability of the system and is of great applicability.
