灭磁仿真计算与灭磁回路性能参数校核分析Analysis and Verification on the De-excitation Circuit's Parameters and Performance with De-Excitation Simulation

摘要(Abstract):
详细分析了线性电阻、SiC非线性电阻和ZnO非线性电阻的特性,针对采用自并励励磁系统的600MW汽轮发电机进行空载误强励和机端三相短路灭磁仿真,得到了不同类型灭磁电阻配置下的发电机灭磁时间、最大转子电压和灭磁能量的区别。结合仿真结果,分析计算了灭磁开关断流能力、灭磁开关弧压和不同灭磁电阻特性对灭磁安全和灭磁速度的影响。提出了决定灭磁回路安全可靠性的几个重要参数及其校核方法的建议,为大型发电机组灭磁主回路设备选型校核提供参考。
In this paper,the different characters of the linear resistor,SiC and ZnO non-linear resistors are introduced. The difference of the de-excitation speed,maximum rotor voltage and de-excitation energy of the 600 MW turbine generators with different de-excitation resistors is analyzed based on the simulation. It is dis-cussed and put forward of the calculation and verification method of the current breaker capacity and arc volt-age of breaker,maximum de-excitation current and energy to the de-excitation security and de-excitation speed.
